Prometheus Project · A little perspective
A weekly review that connects back to your goals.
A busy week can leave little room to notice what changed. A weekly review is a pause to look back, take stock and choose what deserves your attention next.

An example review to try
Three questions for the end of a week.
- What moved forward?
- What felt difficult or needed attention?
- What matters most next week?
An optional reflection template, not a transcript or a preview of the app’s exact prompts.
How can an AI coach support a weekly review?
Prometheus brings weekly reviews into the same practice as your vision, goals, habits and coaching conversations. The coach can draw on recent reviews when you talk through what comes next. Monthly reviews add a wider look across life areas, so reflection can include more than how much work you finished.
A practice to return to
Look back. Notice. Choose.
Start with what happened.
As a review practice, look at what moved forward and what did not. A missed goal is information to think about, without having to turn the review into a verdict on yourself.
Bring the context into a conversation.
Talk by voice or text about what feels unfinished. Prometheus can draw on your goals and recent reviews, alongside what you tell it in the conversation.
Decide what matters next.
Choose an adjustment you want to make to your tasks or habits. The coach can suggest changes, but your approval is required before your plans change.
A little clarity

What is a weekly review?
A weekly review is a pause to reflect on the past week and choose what to carry forward. You can consider progress, difficulties and priorities without needing a perfect record of every day.
How do weekly and monthly reviews differ in Prometheus?
Prometheus includes daily, weekly and monthly reviews. Weekly reviews offer a chance to reflect on the week, while monthly reviews look across life areas. Recent reviews can provide context for coaching conversations.
Does the AI automatically plan my next week?
No. You choose what to take forward. Suggestions that change your plans require your approval. AI can get things wrong, so check suggestions against your own priorities.
