What is Prometheus?
An AI coach for iPhone that connects your vision, goals, habits and reflections. Plan your morning, talk things through, and review your day with a coach that remembers what matters to you.
Will it remember what matters to me?
Prometheus draws on the vision, goals, recent reviews and conversations you have shared. Pick up where you left off. Suggestions stay suggestions: nothing changes in your plans until you approve it.
What happens to my conversations?
Prometheus uses cloud services for coaching, transcription and storage. Your coaching is not kept only on your iPhone. The privacy policy explains what is processed, by whom, and your rights to access, export or delete your data.
When can I try it?
Prometheus is invite-only on iPhone. Anyone can join the waitlist, and Adam sends invitations as places open. A place or date is not guaranteed. There is no charge to join the list.
