Top-ups are separate from your included monthly allowance. Allowances are for personal coaching. Unusually heavy or automated use may be slowed or paused until your next period. We may adjust allowances with notice.
A few practical details.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Monthly membership includes a 7-day free trial, then £29.99/month. Cancel in your iPhone subscription settings at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid a charge. Subscribe in the iPhone app; App Store availability is coming soon.
What happens after 12 months for founders?
Normal membership pricing then applies, with at least 30 days’ notice. Your founding number and badge stay. The founding price is held for 12 months from your first paid month while you stay subscribed.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and Prometheus. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription. Access normally continues to the end of a paid period.
What are voice packs?
Voice packs are optional, one-off top-ups for members who want more live-voice time: 60 minutes for £9.99 or 180 minutes for £24.99. Buy them in the iPhone app through the App Store. They are separate from your monthly included allowance; fair use still applies.
How do refunds work?
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Eligibility is assessed by Apple under its process and applicable consumer law; your statutory rights still apply.
After the founding price period, normal pricing applies with at least 30 days’ notice. Your founding number and badge stay.
