Prometheus is invite-only for now. Your account is created from an invitation, so the Sign in screen does not offer open sign-up. To request access, join the list on prometheusproject.cc or email support@prometheusproject.cc. If you are told an Apple ID or email is not on the invite list, sign in with the address your invitation was sent to.

Membership is bought in the iPhone app through the App Store, and Apple handles billing. To change or cancel it, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Prometheus. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Sign in with the same account, then use Restore Purchases on the membership screen or in Settings in the app. Make sure your iPhone is signed in to the Apple ID that made the purchase. If it still does not appear, email us with the date of purchase. Do not send card details.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Your consumer rights are explained in our terms.

In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and the coaching information stored with it. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel that separately first. You can also email us with the subject “Delete my data”.

Yes. Email us with the subject “Data export” from the address on your account. We will arrange a secure export after a short identity check.
